Yachtmans First

This marks the first exterior paint in my neighborhood since moving in in 1996, so I had to make it count.

This was an exterior pressure wash, PT wood replacement and hardie board replacement / install.

Since there was a possible water leak coming inside the house when it rained, I  had to look into what caused it.  This ended up going further than anticipated by removing original T1-11, insulation and installing new insulation and hardie board, some studs, priming and painting.

Accent: Tricorn Black (SWP Color) in BEHR Dynasty Exterior Semi-Gloss
